[Circle-dev] Hello and Welcome

Hello all,

This here is a testing email to check I've got the list set up
correctly, and to say welcome.

Hopefully later this week I shall get around to writing some longer
messages; some descriptions of bits of code, ideas on what next,
suggestions on things to look at, etc...

For now, here's a couple of starter pointers:

 * The primary "start here" instructions currently live at:

 * The main TODO list lives at:

 * Mailing list main admin page:

Sometime soon I also plan to write a central start page on my main
website, to collect up these bits and serve as a better "start here"
point.
