[Tickit-dev] CPAN widget updates, more deprecations

I've just updated on CPAN

  * Tickit-Widgets (0.16)
  * Tickit-Widget-Menu (0.08)
  * Tickit-Widget-Scroller (0.18)

With these updates, I believe there is now no longer any code that uses
any of

  $rb->flush_to_window( $win )

  $win->print()
  $win->erasech()

I'd therefore like to declare these as deprecated as well, due for
removal at some point fairly soon so I can finally finish off the big
task of moving RenderBuffer into pure C, and into the libtickit C
library.

Shout loudly if anyone thinks these are still in use, because I want to
remove them pretty soon.

I'm also going to create another page with a table on the github info
site; this one to list currently ongoing deprecations, and giving the
Tickit version number they're due for warning, failure, and eventual
removal. Once that's up I'll post details here; widget authors may want
to keep an eye on it.
