[Tickit-dev] libtickit v0.1-RC1

I now have what I believe may be a just-about "v0.1" release ready
libtickit C library. This is at least sufficient to run the Perl
distribution on, passing its own tests. (That version doesn't yet quite
manage to host all the widget classes, but that's unrelated here).

Attached is a tarball of the C library. Give it a go and see how you
get on - I'm keen to hear feedback ahead of an official 0.1 release.

I suspect there may still be one or two gaps in documentation, for
example... almost certainly we could do with gaining some actual demo
programs as well to go alongside it.

Another thing we may want to think about is some pre-made integrations
for glib/libuv/etc...
