Oops. Turns out that particular fix broke the handling of CSIu-encoded
modified backspace (Shift-, Ctrl- and Ctrl-Shift-Backspace). I've now
put a workaround for that in.
If this still seems fine by the end of the weekend, I'll call it a 0.3
for real on Monday.
