[Tickit-dev] libtickit v0.4.1 release

A small addition and bugfix added to 0.4.1:

The full CHANGES entry reads:

  * Added tickit_term_teardown(3)
  * Call tickit_term_teardown() during tickit_destroy(3) to ensure
    reliable terminal shutdown even when additional references remain

A corresponding fix will be added to the Tickit perl distribution, to
ensure reliable terminal shutdown on both exit and die situations.
