I believe I've finally finished all the features required for v0.2 -
the blueprints and bugs listed on the milestone:

  https://launchpad.net/libtickit/+milestone/v0.2

I've made a release-candidate tarball, available at:

  http://www.leonerd.org.uk/code/libtickit/libtickit-0.2-RC1.tar.gz

On top of what was in beta1, this adds:

  * Added tickit_term_pause(3), tickit_term_resume(3)

Some required abilities for being able to support Ctrl-Z /
SIGSTOP-like behaviours in applications, letting them temporarily
release control of the terminal and restore it back to default
state, and then resume again afterwards.

  * Added secondary RGB8 pen attributes
  * Support RGB8 in xterm driver

Between them, this allows output of full 24-bit colour; at least on
the xterm-alikes. I've attempted to write this in a way that
encourages applications to still handle 256-colour palette
terminals as well as a fallback.

Given all the new features in here, as well as the various
renamed-and-deprecated things from 0.1, it would be useful to test this
out before I call it a real 0.2.

Have fun,
