[Tickit-dev] libtickit 0.2-RC2

As I was wrapping libtickit 0.2 for Perl, I realised I'd made a little
mistake in the API shape of the new tickit_renderbuffer_copyrect and
_moverect functions. Every other function in the API takes pointers to
TickitRect structs, but these two took full struct values directly.

I've therefore made one small but annoyingly-incompatible change for
0.2-RC2, to correct this and return it to consistency. It does mean
that 0.2-RC2 won't be source or binary compatible with RC1 any more,
but that's the point of release candidates surely? :)

Aside from that change, the wrapping seems to work fine for the Perl
module, and all the new features are useable and tested from there. So
I reckon this should be good for a real release, which if nothing else
upsets it I'll call 0.2 final at the start of 2018.
