[Tickit-dev] libtickit v0.1-RC3

Another update to the release candidate; this time at

  http://www.leonerd.org.uk/code/libtickit/libtickit-0.1-RC3+bzr492.tar.gz

This contains a small bugfix to window destruction when parent windows
are closed before children, leaving "orphans". It also adds a number of
assertion tests that help with debugging buggy code built atop it, such
as applications or other language bindings.

With any luck this should become the real v0.1 release... We surely
must be getting close by now.. ;)
